Thank you for having your party at PAPA PASSERO'S. Listed below are a few items that may help answer some questions about the party rooms and reservations.

Banquet Rooms

4 private rooms

Garden Room (seats 26 people)

Has T.V. and a V.C.R./DVD Player.

Trophy Room (seats 36 people)

Has a T.V. and a V.C.R./DVD Player.

Both rooms (combined) hold 50 people maximum.

Doors in the middle open between rooms for access to both rooms.

Minimum of 50 people to reserve both rooms.

Papa’s Hideout (Seats 72 people)

*To reserve this room you must have a minimum of 65 people to keep as a private room. The patio outside the Hideout is open to the public.

* Has a T.V. and a V.C.R./DVD Player.

The Loft (Seats 20 people)

Semi Private Room

Green Room (Seats up to 80)

** If reserving room and have less than 100 people (example 40 people) we will reserve or use for 60 other customers.

** To reserve the entire room, you must have 80 guests minimum.

** We can reserve all or portions of this room.

Rules for Banquet Rooms

Cancellations: We need a 5 day notice of cancellation, if we do not receive cancellation notice then a $200.00 charge will be added to the credit/debit card number. You will receive a cancellation number when you call to cancel. 

Decorating: You may decorate the tables and chairs. Please do not tape or tack anything on the walls, ceiling or light fixtures. No confetti allowed. We do not supply table cloths.

Cakes: You may bring in your own cake or cupcakes or cookies for your occasion. We do not cut cake. Please do not bring in any snacks,appetizers or ice cream. Candles only allowed on cakes (no candles on tables.)

Liquor: NO liquor can be brought into restaurant. if given as a gift, it can not be used in the restaurant at any time.

we provide a full service bar

Cash Bar: Your guests pay for their own liquor.

Open Bar: Person hosting the party is allowing their guests to have liquor ,which we add to the bill.

Sport teams: Please have your child(ren) change their skates or field shoes before entering the restaurant. For the safety of the children, other customers and waitstaff, please let them know that running is not allowed in the restaurant. For children, please have adult supervision in the game room. Children with abusive behavior will be asked to remain seated at the table with parent/guardian. Children are not allowed to play outside in parking lot without adult supervision. Lets All behave (no hitting, fighting, swearing etc)!!!

Papa Passero's offers "BANQUET STYLE" serving. Sorry we do not offer Family Style.

Due to the demand for the use of our banquet rooms, Papa Passero's will assign you a room according to the number of guests you invite. If the number of guests falls short of minimum required, there will be a per person charge.

All Homemade DVD's :: You need to bring in your lap top in order to play on our TV'S

 

Payment: We gladly accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club Checks are only allowed for deposits, no personal checks are accepted on the day of the party.

Clean-up fee: Any party that vandalizes a room, i.e.: cake rubbed in carpet, spit balls all over, Dumping of cheese, pepper or salt shakers will be charged a $50.00 FEE for cleaning and/or replacing of said damage.
