Thank you for having your party at PAPA PASSERO'S. Listed below are a few items that may help answer some questions about the party rooms and reservations.

Dining Room

With Plasma TV’s all around you and your favorite sports.

Quiet Dining Room

Home where the Passero’s lived made into a dining room. Quaint and quiet. No TV’s.

Banquet Rooms

3 private rooms

Garden Room (seats 30 people maximum)

Has T.V., Juke box and a V.C.R./DVD Player.

Trophy Room (seats 40 people maximum)

Has a T.V. and a V.C.R./DVD Player.

  • Both rooms (combined) hold 70 people maximum.
  • Doors in the middle open between rooms for access to both rooms.
  • Minimum of 50 people to reserve both rooms.

Papa’s Hideout (Seats 75 people maximum.)

  • If reserving room with less than 60 people we will reserve or use the tables for other people.
  • This is a NON-smoking room.
  • Has a T.V. and a V.C.R./DVD Player.
  • If reserving the room and you have less than 60 people there will be an additional charge. Please ask for details!!

Semi Private Room

Green Room (Seats up to 100)

  • If reserving room and have less than 100 people (example 40 people) we will reserve or use for 60 other customers.
  • To reserve the entire room, you must have 80 guests minimum.
  • This room is not reserved on Friday and Saturday nights.
  • Parties in this room on Friday and Saturday day must be out by 6:00pm.

Rules for Banquet Rooms

Reservations: There will be a $25.00 (non-refundable) "booking fee" for reservations made in a private room, that will be paid by credit/debit card at time of making reservation. This number will also be on a hold in case of a "no show". We need a 5 day notice of cancellation, if we do not get this notice of cancellation then their will be a $50.00 "no show" charge on your credit/debit number.

If you do not have a credit/debit card number to give then, when reservation is made, we will allow you 3 days to come in and pay by cash or check (Checks will only be allowed at this time, not at time of party) If you do not come in on the third day then your reservation will automatically be cancelled out!!!

Decorating: You may decorate the tables and chairs. Please do not tape or tack anything on the walls, ceiling or light fixtures. No confetti allowed. We do not supply table cloths.

Cakes: You may bring in your own cake or cupcakes for your occasion. We do not cut cake. Please do not bring in any snack or ice cream. Candles only allowed on cakes (no candles on tables.)

Liquor: NO liquor can be brought in or, if given as a gift, be used in the restaurant at any time. We have a full service bar.

No cash bar: Our waitstaff will be happy to explain your options of payment. Cash bar has posed some problems for both the customer and waitstaff.

Sport teams: Please have your child(ren) change their skates or field shoes before entering the restaurant. For the safety of the children, other customers and waitstaff, please let them know that running is not allowed in the restaurant. For children, please have adult supervision in the game room. Children with abusive behavior will be asked to remain seated at the table with parent/guardian. Children are not allowed to play outside in parking lot without adult supervision. Lets All behave (no hitting, fighting, swearing etc)!!!

Payment: We gladly accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club Checks are only allowed for deposits, no personal checks are accepted on the day of the party.

Preorders: When a preorder is made for food, on the day of preorder to be ready you will be charged for the entirety of this preorder made.

Entertainment: On Friday nights we have Karaoke from 9:00pm to 1:00am and Saturday nights Live Bands from 9:00pm to 1:00am. On these nights any one under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult in the dining room area. Also the game room will be closed at 11:00pm on these nights.

Clean-up fee: Any party that vandalizes a room, i.e.: cake rubbed in carpet, spit balls all over, Dumping of cheese, pepper or salt shakers will be charged a $50.00 FEE for cleaning and/or replacing of said damage.
